The Dolomites are the mountains in Northern Italy that the Protti family calls home, and the shop is built around that heritage. It’s family-run, in the same building where Andrea Protti’s parents ran a wholesale cheese outlet.
The Southside Pope is the owner’s favorite and the customers’ too: ham, havarti, brie, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, mayo and honey mustard.
Los Dolomitas son las montañas del norte de Italia de donde viene la familia Protti, y el negocio gira en torno a esa herencia. Es un negocio familiar, en el mismo edificio donde los padres de Andrea Protti tenían una distribuidora de quesos al mayoreo.
